Shipping & Delivery
- Coverage: Accra & Tema (same-day / next-day), Nationwide via Ghana Post EMS (2–3 business days).
- Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00pm qualify for same-day dispatch in Accra.
- Fees: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Bulky items may require rider fee confirmation.
- Carriers:
• Accra/Tema – Prime Nexu trusted riders
• Nationwide – Ghana Post EMS with tracking - Cash on Delivery: Available in selected Accra/Tema areas for orders under GHS 1,500.

Hours: Mon–Sat 9:00am–6:00pm

Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery/pickup.
- Eligibility: Unused items in original packaging with accessories.
- Non-Returnable: Personal care, software, gift cards, clearance items, damaged/misused products.
- Process: Request via WhatsApp (0257583910) or email with order number and photos.
- Refunds: 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Exchanges: Immediate swap if available; otherwise refund.
Warranty
- Standard Warranty: 6 months against manufacturing defects.
- Coverage: Functional defects not caused by impact, liquid damage, power surge, or unauthorized repair.
- Claims: Send order number + short video via WhatsApp for review.
Payments & Security
- We accept Cards & Mobile Money via secure gateways.
- Website protected with HTTPS/SSL encryption. We do not store card details.
